	would be nice to have a site that allows people to collaboratively keep statistics about something. average delay on a trainline - chances of being caught dodging the bus-fare in city X ... just sign up, describe, set public readable, writable flags, enter some data to get it started ... maybe filter out some vandals later on. add a bit of piechart eyecandy and a csv exporter ... bit of a niche application though i guess - would be difficult to get it rolling in terms of people using it.
